Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and help identify appropriate business opportunities.
• Conduct professional outreach and follow up with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.
• Assist with presentations, meetings, proposals, and client communications.
• Track progress toward individual and team performance goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and potential market opportunities.
