Business Development Representative Cincinnati, OH Full-time About this role As a Business Development Representative at Soundtrace, you'll be the tip of the spear for our sales team — finding, engaging, and qualifying the EHS leaders and safety managers who need a better way to run their hearing conservation programs. This is an entry-level role built for someone right out of school (0-2 years of experience) with a special-forces mentality: independent, disciplined, and relentless. You'll get real ownership from day one and work side-by-side with sales leadership in Cincinnati.
