As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities Highlighted focus on Tier 1 Service and Financial Service Admin Support Handle unlicensed/clerical activities (not an exhaustive list) Answer the telephone Answer billing questions Respond to customer requests Scan and attach documents to customer accounts Initiate contact with a prospect or customer for the purpose of recording future dates or setting appointments to talk with a licensed and authorized producer or be transferred to a licensed and authorized producer.
