Customer Service Representative | 8:00AM - 4:30PM | Mon-Fri | $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Safety & Industrial Supplies

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Customer service or client service experience
Previous inside sales experience is preferred
Industrial supplies experience is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems and processes is a plus

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative

Manage incoming customer calls
Identify and assess customer needs
Provide price and delivery commitments
Enter orders into the system
Verify customer ship-to and bill-to information
Develop relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
Evaluate customer complaints and provide appropriate solution alternatives
Maintain records of customer interactions
