As a Product Owner, you’ll lead the charge to ensure every solution not only works like clockwork but also adds a little pizzazz to the everyday banking experience. Responsibilities What you’ll own – Requirements Management & Feature Development Define and drive product releases for your Kinective product line, supporting banking and fintech stakeholders Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear product features and user stories with actionable acceptance criteria Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and architects to design scalable, secure, and high‑performing product capabilities and integrations Balance near‑term customer needs with the long‑term evolution of the platform Product Backlog & Agile Delivery Own and prioritize the product backlog so development teams can focus on the highest‑value work Continuously refine user stories and requirements as new insights, feedback, and priorities emerge Support Agile delivery practices and help keep teams aligned on scope, timelines, and outcomes Cross‑Functional Collaboration Product Launch & Lifecycle Management Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring ideas turn into practical solutions Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer teams to align priorities and drive shared goals Foster an environment of open communication, curiosity, and collaborative problem solving Product Launch & Lifecycle Management Coordinate product releases, including defining scope, supporting user acceptance testing, and ensuring teams are ready for launch Work closely with Engineering and QA to address issues and deliver reliable, high‑quality features Embrace an iterative approach—shipping improvements regularly, learning from feedback, and continuously enhancing the product experience Success Metrics Successful product releases delivered on time with clear value for customers and stakeholders Well‑managed product backlogs that keep development teams focused on the highest‑impact work Strong cross‑functional alignment between Product, Engineering, and business teams High‑quality user stories and requirements that enable efficient and predictable development cycles Continuous product improvement, informed by user feedback, data insights, and evolving market needs Meaningful contributions to Kinective’s mission, helping financial institutions operate more intelligently through innovative technology What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience within a Product Management organization or industry equivalent knowledge. Proven success in delivering, implementing, or supporting products from concept to launch. Understanding of agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum or Kanban preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing, launching, and/or iterating on products. Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Figjam or similar platforms. Pay, Benefits & Total Rewards $75,000 – $95,000 The salary range listed reflects the minimum and maximum for this role. Individual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, job‑related skills, location, and internal equity, and most offers are not made at the top of the range. Base pay is one part of Kinective’s Total Rewards package. Depending on the role, employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or equity.
