Job Title: Change Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Interview Mode: Video

Responsibilities:

Proposed candidate(s) must have extensive experience in managing ERP engagements.

Must be Change Management certified (Prosci or ACMP).

Must have managed very complex ERP project with multiple ERPs impacted.

Responsible for all aspects of change management and communication creation/execution specifically for the ERP impact.

Role Scope / Deliverables:

Stakeholder Analysis

Change Impact Assessment

Communication Plan

Creation and execution of communication

KPI tracking

Key Skills:

Certified Change Manager

EXTENSIVE ERP experience (more than two vears of experience)

Excellent stakeholder management

Extensive experience leading through change, excellent analysis skills, expert communications skills, creativity, comfort in fast paced and constantly changing
