Overview Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Treatment Coordinator/Front Office Administrator for an opportunity to join our dedicated team. Who We Are We are a long-time private practice in Tempe, AZ. We have incorporated specialists into the practice in order to provide optimum care in one location for all of our patients. We have a passion for precision and a commitment to comfort and we have redefined the dental experience. We care about our patients, family, and friends, and we're here to help the patients achieve their healthiest, brightest smile. Who We're Looking For We are looking for a full-time employee with a minimum of 2 years experience as a front office administrator. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and a team player. The front office team work cohesively with each other and the back to provide our patients with the information required for making informed decisions regarding their oral health care. Having a positive attitude is a must. Schedule

- Monday through Friday

- Maintaining a full schedule in hygiene and clinical
- Patient follow up
- Account calls
- Daily front office functions: Answer phone, check in, check out, and payments
- Other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of hands-on dental front office experience is highly prferred
- Knowledge of Dentrix software
