What You’ll Do

·       Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of client loyalty program guidelines

·       Respond to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy to deliver superior customer experiences

·       Take ownership of participant concerns, identifying root causes and providing timely resolutions

·       Perform data entry and process participant claims

·       Work with suppliers to resolve order-related issues

·       Identify and escalate complex issues when needed

·       Assist with special projects when called upon

What Makes You a Great Fit

·       1+ year of customer service experience (call center or software environment preferred)

·       Detail-oriented, critical in environments involving loyalty programs, reward redemptions, shipping & fulfillment, and data accuracy

·       Strong communication skills. Clear, confident, and positive – both written and verbal

·       Proven skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely, calm and professional manner

·       Ability to multitask in a structured, fast-paced setting with shifting priorities

·       Skilled in using spreadsheets, databases, and Outlook

·       High school diploma (college degree preferred)
