Web Content Coordinator

Job Description We are offering an opportunity for a Web Content Coordinator based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on the creation and management of web content for our digital platform. This short term contract position involves working on a web build project for web pages in a headless CMS platform and requires skills such as Adobe Photoshop, Content Management System (CMS), Database, CSS, Design, Digital, Digital Content, HTML, Web Content Management, and Contentful. Responsibilities Assist with the design and development of web pages using a headless CMS platform. Update page layouts, templates, copy, images, and other assets in accordance with provided guidelines. Participate in kickoff and check-in meetings to discuss project progress and requirements. Conduct a thorough review of digital assets to ensure accuracy and consistency. Utilize Adobe Photoshop for image editing and graphic design tasks. Employ Content Management System (CMS) for efficient management and modification of web content. Utilize HTML and CSS for web page design and development. Provide support in copy edits to ensure clear and effective communication. Monitor and maintain the database to ensure accurate record keeping. Aid in the creation and management of digital content to enhance user experience. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop. Knowledgeable in Content Management System (CMS). Demonstrated experience in managing databases. Expertise in web development languages such as CSS and HTML. Strong design and digital content management skills. Skilled in managing web content. Familiarity with Contentful is a plus. Excellent digital content creation and management skills.
