Minimum 1+ years Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technologist experience and RCES or ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• One to two weeknights of call
• Every fourth weekend

Key Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited radiology program (education verification required)
• AART registration
• Wisconsin State Radiology Technologist License
• Registered Cardiovascular Technologist credentials
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Primary Responsibilities:

• Verify integrity and expiration of all sterile supplies; prepare patient/equipment with sterile technique
• Prepare equipment for sterilization post-procedure
• Monitor, record, and log procedural data
• Ensure patient comfort and familiarity with equipment, prepping access sites and sterile draping as needed
• Scrub in with strict adherence to sterile/aseptic protocols
• Champion radiation safety, use of dosimeter, and minimize exposures
• Log fluoroscopy and radiation doses; evaluate safety reports
