As Lead CT Technologist, you'll take charge in the supervisor's absence, serving as a trusted leader and mentor within the division. You'll drive operational excellence, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of imaging quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead with Excellence: Serve as the division's point person during supervisor absence, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining quality standards across all procedural CT services. Mentor & Develop Talent: Train and support new personnel and students, sharing your expertise to build a stronger, more capable team. Optimize Operations: Manage scheduling, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance reporting to keep the division running smoothly and efficiently. Deliver Clinical Excellence: Perform advanced CT imaging procedures with precision, responding proactively to radiologists and physicians on patient care quality and clinical outcomes. Ensure Quality & Safety: Maintain comprehensive documentation, process scans with accuracy, and immediately elevate any incidents, problems, or emergencies to division leadership. Support Administrative Functions: Handle patient scheduling, RIS operations, telephone communications, and film center coordination as needed to support the broader imaging team. Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in educational programs, meetings, and professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging technologies in procedural CT imaging. Maintain Operational Readiness: Ensure adequate supplies are stocked and properly organized, keeping the division prepared for all procedural demands. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required Must be registered in Radiography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and the ARRT advanced registry in CT Minimum of 3 years of CT Technologist experience required Must maintain required hours of continued medical education Must maintain a Healthcare Provider certification (BCLS) #J-18808-Ljbffr
