Shifts Available: Nights


Salary Range: $2,699 - $3,256 weekly (base gross), based on a 36-hour (3x12-hour) schedule; equivalent to $64.00 - $77.53 per hour.

Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities

• Performs triage, assessment, and patient monitoring
• Develops and implements care plans using the nursing processAdministers medications and emergency treatments
• Communicates patient status with physicians and care teamEducates patients and families on care and discharge
• Supervises support staff and coordinates care
• Maintains accurate EMR documentation and compliance
• Participates in trauma response and critical care stabilizationPromotes patient safety and best practices
• Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Current ACLS certificate required upon hire and maintain current.
4. Current PALS certificate and/or ENPC required upon hire and maintain current.
5. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation required upon hire.
6. Minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting; E.R. setting required.

Pay Transparency

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $64.00 to $77.53 per hour. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
