Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care
- Provide direct patient care to residents in Long Term Care settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist in developing care plans and implementing interventions
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all residents
Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care
- Current RN license in New Mexico
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long Term Care
