Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS/Psychiatry - West Coast - Remote

Responsibilities Managing research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects. Involved in all stages of the clinical study, including identifying potential sites, performing study start‑up activities, collecting regulatory documents, negotiating contracts and budgets. Training sites to collect data properly and report safety events. Managing site activities during study maintenance, and closing down research activities after study conclusion. Conducting study initiation visits (SIVs). Ensuring compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate. 4‑year university degree or Nursing degree. Experience in CNS/Neurology is required; Psychiatry is strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English. Superior organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work with little or no supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems. Residence on the West Coast. Willingness to travel regionally. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $97,000 - $193,000 annually. Compensation will be based on experience, performance, education, and internal equity. A competitive benefits package is offered based on location.
