The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.**Meet the team:**Our Quality Assurance team plays a critical role in ensuring Dexcom products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. This team partners closely with Manufacturing, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to uphold the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement. As a Quality Assurance Analyst 2, you will contribute to maintaining product integrity, audit readiness, and operational excellence in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.**Where you come in:*** You will participate in internal and external quality system audits, including FDA and ISO audits, and support audit readiness activities.* You will monitor and manage Material Review Board (MRB) inventory, ensuring proper control, segregation, and identification of nonconforming materials.* You will process and maintain quality records, including nonconforming material reports (NCMRs), events, and related documentation.* You will conduct audit walkthroughs to verify compliance and consistency across manufacturing and operational areas.* You will perform cycle counts and support monthly inventory and finance observations.* You will provide clear, actionable feedback to ensure adherence to quality processes and regulatory requirements.* You will develop working knowledge of Dexcom products, processes, and services to support quality activities.* You will collaborate with QA team members and cross-functional partners to implement process improvements.* You will support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.**What makes you successful:*** You have experience in a quality, manufacturing, or regulated environment.* You have knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.* You bring strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processes.* You demonstrate excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.* You have experience working with inventory systems and/or ERP systems (preferred).* You effectively manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.* You communicate clearly with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.* You work well both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.* You have a strong customer service mindset and are skilled at resolving complex issues.**What you’ll get:*** A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
