Job Title & Location Pharmaceutical Representative – Belleville, IL – Job ID PSR6h Responsibilities Meet physicians and patients, building strong and lasting relationships with healthcare providers and their staff. Develop and execute territory business plans for assigned brands, achieving consistent sales growth. Promote products ethically and within compliance based on the company’s sales process and approved marketing strategy. Demonstrate an understanding of behavioral health/psychiatric disease states, products, market dynamics, and practice settings. Deliver product information in a sales environment using knowledge of products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines. Show accountability, positive attitude, resilience, curiosity, fearlessness, creativity, drive, and confidence. Function independently with high initiative, entrepreneurship, and autonomy to achieve short- and long-term goals. Qualifications & Requirements Preferred sales experience; success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation. Ability to understand and communicate highly scientific and technical medical information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for excellence and embrace competition. Documented leadership ability. Effective administrative and organizational skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
