Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC experience preferred, but we're also interested in speaking with talented technicians from other manufacturer backgrounds. What You’ll Do: As a Flat-Rate Automotive Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while producing quality work in a fast-paced dealership environment. We're looking for experienced technicians who take pride in their craftsmanship, work efficiently, and are driven to maximize both quality and productivity. Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently. Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards. Perform multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs. Accurately document repair findings and completed work. Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality repairs. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a flat-rate automotive technician Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple vehicle systems Consistent productivity with a commitment to quality. ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred.
