We’re looking for a Canvass Supervisor who can lead from the front, support a growing team, and help drive the success of our field marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone outgoing, organized, and driven, with the ability to motivate a team while remaining active in the field. As a Canvass Supervisor, you’ll knock on doors alongside your team, schedule free inspections and estimates for the sales team (no closing required). Compensation Uncapped performance bonuses Average supervisors earn $1,500 – $3,000/month in bonuses Top supervisors exceed $4,000/month in bonuses $23.50/hour base pay Requirements Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions The use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs Available Monday – Saturdays A valid driver’s license and A good driving record is essential for this role.
