Head of Commercial Analytics & Insights

argenx seeks a Head of Commercial Analytics & Insights to lead data-driven decision-making across US commercialization. The role combines analytics strategy, team leadership, and AI implementation to support product launches, market performance, and pipeline planning in a rapidly expanding biotech organization.

Responsibilities

Drive US commercial decision-making and business planning using data management and AI-enabled analytics capabilities
Lead, coach, and develop analytics team members while building collaborative culture around data-driven insights
Manage external vendor relationships to deliver actionable analytics supporting commercialization priorities
Translate business needs into analytics use cases, dashboards, and executive-ready reports for brand and leadership teams
Accelerate AI adoption across commercialization by identifying decision points where AI can improve planning and performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
10+ years biopharmaceutical commercial experience; 5-7 years in analytics, business intelligence, or forecasting
Expertise in commercial data sources, segmentation, forecasting, and AI methodologies
Strong cross-functional influence and communication skills
Demonstrated experience managing commercial vendors and external partners
Track record building and developing teams in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory and legal commercial requirements

Compensation: $236,000–$324,500 base
