Underground Telecom Foreman

Overview Ansco & Associates, LLC, as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. You’ll ensure everyone is following safety protocols and project timelines. What You’ll Do Lead crews to meet project timelines Help with training of crew members Read and understand blueprints Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations Assist Supervisor with day to day activities Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues Safely use heavy equipment and machinery Perform work in all weather conditions Other duties as assigned What You’ll Need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company A valid driver’s license High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred At least three years of related work experience Previous Foreman experience preferred Physical Abilities & Exposures Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse Benefits Weekly Paychecks Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) 401(k) w/ Company Match Stock Purchase Plan Education Reimbursement Legal Insurance Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ansco & Associates
