This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys month-end close, journal entries, and solving complex accounting issues in a collaborative corporate environment.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and post journal entries and month-end accruals.
- Process daily revenue journal entries from a third-party system into the ERP.
- Investigate accounting discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Assist with prepaid accounting and other general accounting projects.
- Support month-end close and analyze financial activity against prior periods.
- Experience preparing journal entries and month-end accruals.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and workbook management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while communicating effectively with the team.
- Healthcare or multi-entity accounting experience.
- Oracle PeopleSoft experience.
