Program Assistant

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Program Assistant with an independent, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization known for fostering meaningful dialogue on major economic and societal issues. In this role, you'll support event execution and administrative operations while providing exposure to senior executives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Manage reservation inboxes and enter requests into Salesforce accurately
• Run onsite registration desks and troubleshoot attendee issues
• Prepare printed materials including name badges, tent cards, and packets
• Assist with program reporting, attendance tracking, and seating assignments
• Coordinate catering, office supplies, and program-related procurement
• Serve as the front desk contact for phones, greeting guests, and security check-in
• Maintain office presentation and daily operations, including mail and conference rooms
• Manage vendor database and records using SharePoint and LastPass
• Ensure document retention compliance and proper recordkeeping
• Provide general support across programs and team needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Strong communication and professionalism, with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Comfort with databases, with Salesforce a plus
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and contribute in a small organization

• Compensation: $24 – $27 per hour
