Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:45 PM - 11:15 PM Tue02:45 PM - 11:15 PM Wed02:45 PM - 11:15 PM Sat02:45 PM - 11:15 PM Sun02:45 PM - 11:15 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel. Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing routine reports related to patrols, incidents, and/or shift activity. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
