Teller Position

As a valued member of the retail banking team, you will play a key role in supporting banking operations and contributing to important decisions. Tellers work in a fast-paced, engaging environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will project a professional image and while serving as the face and voice of our organization. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to build relationships, get to know our clients, and support their financial well-being by offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, ATM, and other avenues.

Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.

Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations.

Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.

Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.

You've Got This:

• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred
• Basic math skills, computer/typing skills and the ability to count U.S. currency
• Analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and work well with internal and external customers in a cooperative, positive manner
• Look for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in a customer-centric manner.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs.
