Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Telemetry for a travel position in Plattsburgh, NY. This role requires expertise in M/S Tele with ED Hold and Resource Float, offering a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Care for patients in Med Surg Oncology, Orthopedic, and Urology ALC units.
• Float between assigned units R5, R6, and R7, as required.
• Provide support in the Emergency Department for ED Hold patients.
• Conduct IV insertions, bladder scans, and blood draws off central lines.
• Perform glucose monitoring and manage patient documentation using EPIC.

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Valid NY nursing license or proof of application with dated submission.
• AHA BLS certification required; NIH Stroke Scale preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical and specialty experience.
• Experience with EPIC documentation within the past 2 years.
