Sr. Data Analyst

Job TitleResponsibilities:Analyzes large datasets from connected vehicles, specifically focusing on in-car entertainment, navigation, connectivity, and user experience. The goal of the analysis is to identify software improvements that improve user satisfaction, optimize system performance, and drive engagement with digital services.Analytics & Insight Generation: Analyze user interaction data from in-car infotainment systems (eg: touch screen usage, voice command effectiveness, media consumption) to identify trends and usability pain pointsKPI Development & Monitoring: Define, create, and maintain key performance indicators and dashboards to track the health and usage of infotainment featuresProduct Improvement: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations that improve the user experienceData Collection: Work with product managers and engineers to determine and optimize the data collected form the infotainment systemRequirements:Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and RProven experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and analytic platforms like Amplitude and FirebaseWe offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, AD&D, tuition reimbursement, and more.
