This is an active, on-your-feet role - you'll be handling work orders in occupied apartments, completing unit turns, and helping maintain the overall condition of the property. You should be comfortable troubleshooting issues, working independently, and interacting directly with residents. As this is an affordable housing community, you may be working with older building infrastructure and handling multiple service requests throughout the day.
