Key Responsibilities:

• Locate and recover assigned assets
• Conduct thorough investigations to locate debtors and collateral
• Communicate effectively with clients and debtors
• Maintain accurate records of recovery activities
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Valid recovery agent license - preferred by not required - willing to train
• Proven experience in asset recovery
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and highly motivated
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass onboarding requirements including a background check and drug screening.
