In-Home Family Support Specialist (Trauma‑Informed)
Sabathani Community Center
Sabathani Community Center is seeking a Family Home Visitor to provide in‑home support to low‑income families with young children or who are expecting a child. You will carry a caseload of up to 25 families and conduct regular home visits focused on parenting education, child development, family stability, and referrals to community resources.
