Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description Job Description Job description Are you looking for an enjoyable atmosphere, wonderful patients, sincere dentists, and a great team? If so, we would love to have you join our practice.
We are a state of the art periodontal and implant specialist located in Columbia, MD. We strive for high quality customer service and patient care.
Our office is in search of a full-time administrator to start immediately. The ideal candidate must be a team player, detailed oriented, organized, reliable, have excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Experience in the following is preferred:
Leadership and ability to manage as directed
Microsoft office and other similar applications
Multitasking
Busy setting
Checking patients in and out, and scheduling
Treatment plan presentation
Financial arrangement and presentation
Dental codes and posting
Insurance processing and eligibility verification
Production reports
Collection reports
Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
