Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role is essential in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and coordinate personalized care plans tailored to individual residents.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
- Oversee and guide support staff in their duties.
- Monitor and document residents' progress accurately.
- Foster an environment that prioritizes safety, dignity, and respect in all interactions.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
