Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role is essential in delivering resident-focused care, ensuring that each individual receives the attention they deserve.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care around the clock, including detailed assessments and medication management.
- Administer wound care and closely monitor the health status of residents.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute tailored care plans that align with both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care objectives.
- Promote dignity, safety, and transparent communication with residents and their families.
- Maintain precise documentation and actively participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong assessment and clinical skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
