Registered Nurse Opportunity
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional, resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing services around the clock, assisting both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and needs.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Provide wound care and other necessary medical treatments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
- Actively engage in a collaborative interdisciplinary team to enhance care delivery.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
