Work Environment\n

As a remote telehealth provider, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere within Arizona while maintaining a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and designed to facilitate seamless interactions between therapists and clients, ensuring that all necessary tools for effective therapy are readily available. We also provide robust administrative support to alleviate the burdens of practice management, allowing you to focus on what matters most: your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engaging with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their individual needs and goals.

• Delivering therapeutic services that emphasize prevention, resilience, and wellness, applying a variety of methods including cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide coordinated care and comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
