This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. On Track Counseling Solutions provides all necessary tools and technology for effective telehealth sessions, ensuring a seamless connection with your clients. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for regular working hours that help maintain a structured routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Support clients in overcoming challenges related to mental health, helping them achieve specified therapeutic and personal goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of fellow therapists, healthcare providers, and support staff to enhance overall client care and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring compliance with health regulations and facilitating ongoing treatment evaluation.

• Manage and maintain a well-organized caseload, adjusting services as necessary according to client needs and progress.

Your practice will focus on diverse client populations, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, and relational challenges, among other mental health concerns. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care tailored to their unique experiences and values. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active Arizona license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is essential for providing therapeutic services.
