Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist

AtVillage Behavioral Health, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We're looking for a passionate, relationship-driven Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire talented professionals who share our commitment to serving others.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across the organization.
• Create and manage job postings on BambooHR, indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Extend offers and facilitate new hire documentation.
• Support onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements.
• Build talent pipelines through networking, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with HR and leadership to support staffing and workforce development goals.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology systems.

  Preferred:

  • Healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or ID/DD recruiting experience.
  • Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
