Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various recruitment sources, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidate credentials.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment, following company policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring status.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in construction recruitment, preferably in the industrial and design-build sectors.
  • Knowledge of construction industry terminology, crafts, trades, and job roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for construction projects.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
