Senior Software Engineer — Founding Team

We're hiring engineer #3–5 at a seed-stage company building the AI coordination layer for home-based care — a $450B+ market projected to double over the next decade.

What you'll be doing

• Owning large projects from 0 to 1: building core infrastructure and integrations with EHR systems, HR platforms, and communications tools
• Building agentic AI workflows for real-time nurse coordination, including memory-based scheduling, geographic matching, and compliance verification
• Developing AI voice infrastructure and telephony systems, moving critical functions in-house for scalability
• Working directly with the CEO and interim CTO to shape both the product and engineering culture from the ground up

The product

The platform includes three core capabilities:

Chaser Agent — proactively manages nurse scheduling, handles callouts, tracks clock-ins, and ensures the right caregiver arrives at the right patient's home at the right time.

Memory & Context — remembers nurse availability, credentials, geographic proximity, and personal constraints, automatically factoring them into scheduling decisions.

Verification & Compliance — provides check-in confirmation, care quality grading, and a system of record that follows caregivers throughout their careers.

• 4–8 years of full-stack engineering experience
• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal direction
