Requirements: * Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. * Proficient medication management skills. * Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition. * Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
