Job Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ALL Shifts

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brownsburg Health Care Center. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care within the scope of practice to ensure patients' needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, and center policies.

There are FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME opportunities with various shifts available, including 7A-3P, 3-11P, 11P-7A , with every other weekend required.

Provide nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patients' needs are met
Document any change in patients' conditions, including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or any other noticeable changes
Utilize the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs
Make rounds with physicians when necessary
Current LPN license in the practicing state
