Enterprise Architecture Strategy
Drive Enterprise Architecture strategy and thought leadership
Evaluate Enterprise Architecture maturity and develop roadmap for improvement
Proficient in Enterprise Architecture concepts and industry standard frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, BIZBOK
Experienced in defining and implementing EA standards (principles, templates) and processes (governance, knowledge management)
Define EA operating model, scope and implementation plan
Define and implement Architecture Governance and Metrics management
Define and implement EA Content Management processes
Experienced in defining Architecture Patterns and Reference Architectures
Experienced in developing EA solutions pertaining to current state analysis, transformation, rationalization, portfolio management, tech debt assessment etc.
Define roles and responsibilities for various architecture roles
Collaborate with various business and technology stakeholders to articulate architecture requirements/ use cases and translate into EA solutions
Ability to understand and connect entities / relationships across architecture domains such as Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Architecture and Technology Architecture
Experienced in EA tools such as ARIS, Lean IX, Signavio, Alfabet
Experienced in EA modelling frameworks such as Archimate, BPMN 2.0, EPC
Assess EA tool features and propose appropriate tooling solutions for client requirements
Develop and deliver training content related to EA concepts, standards and processes
Identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement opportunities for EA processes
Mandatory Skills: 15+ years of experience
