Join our team of strategic advisers and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to collaborate with leading solution providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable heart-of-the-business solutions.Work You’ll DoAs a Senior Manager, Functional Transformation on the Oracle team, you will be responsible for:Assessing current-state business processes and defining target-state capabilities, process designs, and solution roadmaps across order capture, fulfillment, procurement, inventory, financials, and customer serviceLeading functional transformation efforts across Oracle Fusion Cloud, including Order Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Financials, and order capture and commerce capabilitiesTranslating business needs into functional requirements, workflows, controls, data requirements, and implementation priorities to support end-to-end solution designShaping artificial intelligence strategy and adoption roadmaps and driving execution of prioritized use cases across automation, exception management, operational insights, and decision supportLeading delivery across discovery, design, build, testing, cutover, stabilization, and transition to operations while managing governance, risks, dependencies, quality, adoption, and outcomesA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to othersThe TeamDeloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact.
