Job Description
Stationary Engineer - First Grade Advance Services Inc. is hiring a First-Grade Stationary Engineer - a skilled professional licensed to operate, maintain, and supervise large-scale, high-pressure boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems of a plant in Houston. Key Responsibilities System Operation: Monitoring and operating boilers, generators, turbines, chillers, and air conditioning systems. Maintenance: Performing preventative maintenance, including lubrication, repacking bearings, replacing gauges, and cleaning burners. Troubleshooting: Adjusting manual controls to maintain optimal operating ranges and diagnosing malfunctions. Safety Compliance: Ensuring all machinery meets safety regulations, using tools to test airflow, and managing chemical treatments. Licensing and Experience High-Level License: A first-grade license generally allows supervision of, or direct.
The shift is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and overtime is required if scheduled. This is not an option. Competitive top hourly compensation. Job requirements include reliable transportation, attention to details, full-time availability with overtime and weekends, closed toe shoes with backs and hard soles, team player, great attendance, ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, and ability to work in the elements and non-climate-controlled facility.
