Home Inspector

Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented person with a high technical aptitude and great communication skills in the Home Inspection field. The candidate will need to be physically able to climb ladders, traverse small crawl spaces and stairs. We are looking for continuous learner, who is humble, yet confident, and understands the importance of excellence. Responsibilities Examine the exterior and interior of the structure for damage or potential risks Take clear photos of each area of the house Document findings clearly Create a report within the designated time frame Perform all facets of home inspection Document and communicate all findings clearly Strive for continuous quality improvement Create and upload the report within the designated time frame Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Inspector certification a plus Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Outstanding customer service skills Willing and able to work in hazardous weather conditions, climb to rooftops and into small crawl spaces, and stand for extended periods Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Familiarity with basic computer programs Why Work at this Company We have an awesome team with tremendous potential for growth!
