Travel Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility - $2,232 per week

Job Summary Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for an assignment in Madison, Alabama. The PT will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while working in a skilled nursing facility setting. Key Responsibilities Assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions using therapeutic techniques. Provide evidence‑based restorative therapy programs for geriatric populations. Perform accurate documentation in electronic medical record systems. Minimum Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Alabama Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC, if required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long‑term care setting preferred. Experience with geriatric patient populations and restorative therapy programs preferred. Ability to perform documentation in electronic medical record systems. Willingness to float to other nearby facilities as needed. PT or PTA credentials accepted; PT preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Days: Monday through Friday, with one weekend rotation per month. Assignment Length: 13 or 26 weeks available.
