Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)

Location: Buffalo, NY

Schedule: 2nd or 3rd shift - full-time and part-time available


We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join a leading healthcare facility in Buffalo, New York. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity offering competitive benefits, flexible scheduling, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.


Position Highlights:

• Shifts: 2nd or 3rd shift
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Compensation: $33-$50/hr
• Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates
• Permanent, direct hire opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Follow quality control procedures and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient care
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred (or eligibility required)
• Previous laboratory experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
