DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA

We're looking for a highly creative, strategic and always-thinking-10-steps-ahead type of individual to join ALEXISLAUREN as our DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA. This position plays a pivotal role in brand awareness, event experiences, social engagement, partnerships, and influencer management. Key Responsibilities Manage and create all content assets from social media to website needs Ideate, manage, and edit reels, before/ after's, receive UGC content Oversee and execute strategic growth marketing through various grassroots efforts, as well as email and SMS campaigns Secure key local sponsors and secure partnerships, including influencer management Social Media Lead Content Calendar, Posting, Engagement, Instagram, Tik Tok Track towards ALEXIS LAUREN brand KPIs and growth strategy Own execution and ideas Track analytics and weekly performance, include larger brand marketing pacing Graphic Design Ideate and create newsletters and releases for any new services Desired Experience 3+ years in social media, content creation, or marketing position Must have a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and all social media platforms Creative and detail-oriented Self-starter and able to work independently Experience with Canva and editing tools (Adobe Suite etc.) Ability to commute to Coral Gables and Bay Harbor Islands, as needed ALEXIS LAUREN is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. #J-18808-Ljbffr ALEXIS LAUREN
