Construction Superintendent

We're looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on various commercial construction projects including K12, healthcare, retail, restaurant, and more. What You'll Do:
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations.
- Drive project safety, quality, and production goals.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and owners.
- Maintain and enforce project schedules and lookahead planning.
- Manage power-up, energization, and cooling system readiness.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in a Superintendent role.
- Strong experience with commercial projects.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction scheduling tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft, etc.
- OSHA 30 preferred
