Job Responsibilities:

• Engage in care team rounds and multidisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated and effective care

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Licenses and Certifications:

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., in neurology, geriatrics) are considered a plus but are not mandatory

Required Skills:

• Prior physical therapy experience is highly preferred
