The dedication and innovation our team brings to work every day is what makes us different." – Russell Leo The Role As a Weekend High Reach Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' products are received, stored, picked, and shipped safely and accurately. RLS provides the tools, training, and support needed to become a cold chain expert. Our core purpose is to help our team members and their families realize the American Dream through meaningful work, growth, and opportunity. Schedule Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts) Although these are the estimated range of hours, it is important to note that there is NO DEFINED END TIME for this role. We end the day when the work is completed. Key Facts Work alongside industry leaders in cold chain logistics Exposure to multiple areas of the supply chain through collaboration across RLS business units Collaborative, team-oriented work environment Recession-proof, essential industry Temperature-controlled environment: 0–36°F Core Responsibilities High Reach Forklift Operators are a key part of the customer experience, responsible for handling product safely and accurately in accordance with RLS standard operating procedures.
